Any opinions of the Spa at Saratoga Springs?

Has anyone been to the Spa at Saratoga Springs? What do you think?

We are considering a trip there this year, and I'm looking for opinions. I know that DVC members get 20% off during construction of the new resort (and 30% off a monthly special treatment!). So, it just seems like a good time to give it a try!

I am not a DVC member, but I do love to frequent both of the WDW full spas. I have not used the work-out areas, but I can tell you about the lounges and the treatment areas.

Spa at SS is now my favorite. Larger facility with more room to just relax. You can enjoy the saunas and whirlpool, then find a comfy chair to sip tea, eat a piece of fruit and read a book. There is even a larger common lounge that men and women share, so a couple can spend time together during their visit.

DC members get a 10 or 15% discount, so your 20% discount sounds great. Be sure to give it a try, but beware, once you do it may become habit forming and a must do at least once per trip.

Thanks LauraLea! Sounds great. I tried the GF Spa this last trip and I'd heard that SS Spa was even better. We'll have to give it a try.

What do you think? Give DW a gift certificate on Mother's day for our July trip? Shhhhh... Don't tell! :D
