21:38:37 [Moley] the govt. rate rooms are mostly like that, DrB, but you can get lucky in value season and get a complimentary upgrade to a better view, but it is not guaranteed at the deeply discounted rate.

21:40:48 [Moley] in addition to the boats being the same as the more expensive Epcot resorts, you also share their bus transportation and you are picked up and dropped off first in the circle.

21:41:49 [Moley] DisBuff, that priceline deal is one of the best. Right now, SandD priceline out for the lowest of $72, although you are more likely to get the Hilton in DD when you go at that rate.
