21:27:40 [MikeS] About five years ago there were tons of complaints about the bus transportation and WDW incorporated a system of "starters" at all bus stops. these CMs were to monitor the traffic and activity and call for emergency busses whenever needed....of course then Eisner said, "we need to cut back"

21:32:43 [WillCAD] Light rail doesn't run on roads, so it doesn't stop for lights and stop signs. It's electric, so no pollution or noise, and it has MUCH higher capacity per hour than 3 or 4 busses.
