21:19:21 [BetsyAnn] I have done Fantasmic at DL and love it - never at WDW though

21:19:45 [zakerdog] I could not imagine missing Fantasmic, it has to be one of my favourite shows.

21:21:08 [BetsyAnn] It is so funny - at DL you have to stake out a place to see it hours before, sit on the ground and I just don't want to wait for it at WDW - no sense! 
21:21:50 [BetsyAnn] I want to have all the details on Tokyo DL - and I mean all the details -- that trip just keeps being put back

21:29:22 [justjan] I did not think a 5 year old would really appreciate it but he still talks about them
21:30:52 [BetsyAnn] I bet! They are overwhelming for me - can't imagine what a 5 yr would think!
21:30:56 [justjan] I have an October question...Last year we went on Columbus day weekend - it was so crowded. If we go the week before or stay after do either of you know how the crowds are and when they clear out?
21:31:46 [BetsyAnn] I think the crowds should thin out immediately afterward or not be too bad until Thursday or so before
21:32:51 [justjan] Thanks - last year my son was in kindergarten and I felt funny pulling him out of school for a trip but after seeing all the other parents - this year I have no problem....
21:33:57 [BetsyAnn] LOL Jan - I don't hink at his age it should be too much of a problem for him. My parents pulled me out of school until about Jr high - then it got too tough
21:35:05 [justjan] He is a little control freak though - last weekend we were offered some Sky Box tickets for a Cubs game and he turned it down to play a TBall game - go figure
21:35:28 [zakerdog] I think a week at WDW is as educational at that age as a week in school, if not more

21:36:52 [BetsyAnn] My one of my favorite commericals for Disney is the one the child picks Walt as the subject of his research paper and they have to go to gather info!
21:37:03 [justjan] Actually he has learned a lot there - he gets right up to CM's and asks questions like crazy -

21:38:18 [zakerdog] I remember one year when my son was young his teachers asked him to keep a journal as his homework assignment
